Heavenly Snowflakes

In honor of the second lovely snow storm that has decided to grace our presence Wednesday, here is a dress that makes snowflakes seem like a happy and wonderful thing. It's a late 60's/ early 70's Adele Simpson number, available in my other dress shop today.
